Jimmy and John were absolutely amazing and highly professional. Both saved the day after a plumbing emergency that turned into a septic disaster. After 3 days of no plumbing (toilets, water, etc.) - they came out for an emergency visit and fixed the issue promptly. Their quality assurance was exceptional, and they did not leave until they triple checked all the plumbing in the house was in working order. Plumbing is back on line and working well - Thanks!

We highly recommend J & G Septic Service. We were desperate on a late Sunday afternoon, with our toilets backing up and our septic system leaking into our basement. J & G was the only company willing to come out on a weekend. We called, and within an hour, the owner came out with his beautiful new truck and top notch equipment and did a fantastic job pumping out our septic tank.
J&G's service far exceeded previous companies we've used. They found that part of our problem was the system was clogged with tree roots from a tree that had been removed from our yard years ago! Several companies have been in to pump our tank since that tree was removed, and none of them did a thorough enough job to clean out those dead roots. The owner of this company clearly knows the septic business and is extremely competent and honest. You can trust him with your septic system.

I moved into my new house in mid-August, and have had to call Jimmy twice in the last two and a half months. Both times, I thought it was a minor emergency. Both times, it was on a week-end. Jimmy showed up on SATURDAY morning within 15 minutes of my call, and he showed up on SUNDAY morning within two hours, after his original estimate that he wouldn't be able to come until Monday afternoon! (He fit me in between two other appointments.) Jimmy CLEARLY knows exactly what he's doing, and he does it well. He cleared up what actually turned out to be a minor problem (both times), did a couple of things to improve my system, provided some excellent education, and charged a grand total of.... $75, each time. I have put J&G Septic into my phone directory, and I will never call anyone else for anything to do with my septic system.

We lucked out finding this septic company due to an issue of them getting a phone number from another septic company that closedown. Jimmy the owner/operator of the company came out as scheduled and on time. He was very honest unlike the other company, Fairfax Septic and Environmental. Jimmy explained and showed us how our septic system worked and how to maintain it. The cost was reasonable and well deserved. Jimmy and his wife are professional and honest. Would definitely recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

I was very impressed with J&G. I will admit I went with them because they offered the cheapest quote for the job we needed, but I will now use them regardless from now on. They went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. They helped correct issues that the previous septic people had screwed up, and both men were very polite and congenial. While I would not like to every have to do their job, I am curious about all work done at our house, no matter how dirty. They did not mind my watching and asking questions as they worked.

Great company, would use them again. The guys showed up on time and quickly did the repair (install a T-value in outgoing pipe). They also removed a root mat from the bottom of my tank that another company left behind and wanted to charge me to remove later. The price was fair for the work performed.
